TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Casa de Padel (“Casa de Padel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our facility, services, events, and website www.casadepadelhtx.com (the “Site”). By visiting our facility, booking a court, participating in an activity, or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL FACILITY USE

  • All guests, players, parents, and spectators must comply with posted rules and staff instructions.

  • We reserve the right to deny access or remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

  • You must have a valid reservation through Playtomic or Casa de Padel to use courts unless otherwise stated.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS THROUGH PLAYTOMIC

  • All standard court reservations, memberships, and class bookings are processed through Playtomic, a third-party platform.

  • Your use of Playtomic is governed by Playtomic’s own terms and privacy policy.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your Playtomic account information is accurate.

  • We do not guarantee court availability without a confirmed booking.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Standard Court Bookings

  • All cancellations and refunds must be processed directly through Playtomic.

  • Playtomic’s cancellation windows and refund criteria apply.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

3.2 Group Classes, Clinics & Lessons

  • Cancellations or changes must be made through Playtomic according to its policies.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be credited unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Private Events

  • Private events will require a deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Event cancellations must be made in writing to support@casadepadelhtx.com.

  • Refund eligibility will be stated in your event agreement.

3.4 Weather Policy

  • If Casa de Padel closes courts due to weather or safety issues, refunds or credits will be issued according to Playtomic’s policies.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PLAYERS

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all players must follow the Casa de Padel Code of Conduct:

4.1 Respect & Behavior

  • Treat all players, staff, and visitors with respect.

  • No harassment, discrimination, threats, or aggressive behavior.

  • Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in removal without refund.

4.2 Court Etiquette

  • Arrive on time for sessions.

  • Keep courts clean and return borrowed equipment.

  • Do not enter a court before your booking time.

  • Follow staff instructions at all times.

4.3 Equipment & Safety

  • Wear non-marking athletic shoes.

  • Do not misuse or damage equipment, nets, walls, courts, or facilities.

  • Report any unsafe conditions to staff immediately.

4.4 Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking

  • No alcohol, food or illegal substances on the courts.

  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the facility.

4.5 Children

  • Children under 12 must be supervised unless participating in a scheduled youth program.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child follows all rules.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the facility without refund.

5. SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Padel is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, falls, collisions

  • Physical exertion injuries

  • Impact from balls or equipment

  • Weather-related hazards (if applicable)

By participating in any activity at Casa de Padel, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with playing padel or being present at the facility.

6. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY (FULL LEGAL VERSION)

By using the facility, booking courts, attending events, or participating in padel or related activities, you agree to this waiver:

I understand and acknowledge that participation in padel and related activities involves inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Casa de Padel, its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, affiliates, and partners (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or actions arising out of or related to my participation, presence, or use of the facility, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

This release applies to:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Property damage or loss

  • Consequential or incidental damages

I agree not to bring any claim or lawsuit against the Released Parties.

6.1 Minors

Parents or legal guardians agree to this waiver on behalf of their minor children:

I accept full responsibility for my child’s participation and release the Released Parties from all liability related to my child’s use of the facility or participation in padel or related activities.

6.2 Medical Consent

In case of emergency, I authorize Casa de Padel staff to obtain medical assistance for myself or my minor child and agree to bear all associated costs.

7. CHILDREN’S PARTICIPATION

  • Casa de Padel offers programs for children ages 5 and up.

  • Children must follow all facility rules.

  • Parents/guardians must ensure minors are picked up promptly after sessions.

  • Casa de Padel is not responsible for children left unattended.

8. PROPERTY & PERSONAL ITEMS

Casa de Padel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. WEBSITE USE

  • All content, trademarks, and images on our Site are the property of Casa de Padel.

  • You may not copy or reproduce content without permission.

  • You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes.

10. PRIVACY

For standard bookings, personal information is collected solely by Playtomic, not Casa de Padel.
We only collect information directly when you contact us about a private event.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be posted on our Site with the “Effective Date.”
Continued use of our facility or Site means you accept the updated Terms.
